I love it when I get an idea right away for a sketch! Such is the case for this TMS#578

I immediately saw patterns in this sketch, so that’s what I went with.

The stencils I used for these different backgrounds were all ink blended using Altenew Crisp Dye Inks, and the Ink Blending Tool. Very easy to achieve, and didn’t take a lot of time.

The trick for me here was to stay within the color family to avoid any clashes. My patterns range from Fresh Lemon to Crimson Red, with these lovely oranges in between! 

The sentiment is from the Painted Rose stamp set and embossed with the Obsidian black ink, and gold washi tape for the accent strips.
